How To Decide Which Program to Join


With so many workout classes and videos to choose from, how do you decide on which one to join or sign up for? If you’re someone who lives a busy life and wants to workout in the comfort of your own living room at the time that works best for you, then choose the in-home workouts. If you’re someone who belongs to a gym and has no idea what to do or how to achieve your goals or maybe you just want new workout routines to follow along with each week, then choose the gym workouts. There’s two options…theres 5 day split program in which you’ll receive 5 workouts each week that isolates certain muscle groups each day. This program is for someone who can commit to going to the gym 5 days per week. The other gym option is 3 full-body workouts per week. This option is great for someone who can only make it to the gym 3 days per week and wants 3 short full-body workouts to do. All of these are offered as a monthly membership OR you can drop in for a “virtual” class which are offered daily. These workouts can be done anytime of day that works best for you. All you need to do is PRESS PLAY!!
