Outdoor Yoga & Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga


Turn stress into sweat during this Vinyasa Yoga class that blends balance, strength, and flexibility into a 60-minute invigorating full-body flow. Throughout the 60-minute practice, you’ll explore the postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga.  In 60-minutes, you will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace.  You’ll focus on postures that open the shoulders, hips, and spine while strengthening your upper body and core. The class is set to an energizing and motivating playlist that will allow you to power up your practice like never before. By incorporating this class into your weekly routine, you will feel stronger, more balanced & focused, and less stressed.
