Are you looking to tone up, get in shape, and/or increase your flexibility? On Mondays we meet for a 45-minute class that centers around exercises to strengthen & tone your arms & abs and Wednesdays we meet for a 45-minute class that centers around exercises to strengthen & tone your guns & buns (aka your arms & glutes). After every class, we finish with 15 minutes of stretching & Yoga. Modifications are given for all exercises and any fitness level can attend the workouts.

What’s Included:

A  45-minute workout led by a Certified Personal Trainer

A 15-minute Yoga session led by a Certified RYT Yoga Instructor
