If you are looking to run your FIRST or FASTEST race, Coach Erika will get you to your P.R. Whether you are a new runner looking to achieve a new distance, or a seasoned runner looking to run a better time, Coach Erika will provide a training plan, support, and accountability to help you accomplish your goals. Boost speed & endurance properly with a Certified Run Coach.

Programs range from beginner, intermediate, and advanced. A training calendar will be provided to all participants. Weekly emails will be provided to all participants and Coach Erika will be available to answer any questions or concerns at any time during the training program.
