4-Week Fit Mom Program


4 Weeks Starting in February (Virtual Online Program) 

If you are expecting or if you’re a new mommy and you’re wanting to hire a coach to guide you through exercises to keep you fit through pregnancy and/or get you back on track after giving birth, this program is the perfect fit for you!! Over the course of 4-weeks, Coach Erika will email you two weekly strength video workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home, at your own time. You will also receive a weekly yoga video that is designed specifically for prenatal/postpartum women’s needs (hips, lower back, shoulders). Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. Having a Certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor at your fingertips to ask questions and voice your concerns is a valuable tool throughout your pregnancy as well as postpartum. Stay fit, get strong, and become mentally & physically prepared for your new journey as a mommy.
