Next Program Starts May 14th 

This 5-week program is about dedication & commitment. During this 5-week program, you WILL drop 10 pounds (if you do all of the requirements). Drop 10 program is limited to 20 participants so that each participant can receive one-on-one coaching.  This program includes 3 weekly video workouts, a weekly grocery list & meal plan, daily nutrition accountability via MyFitnessPal, access to a private Facebook group, weekly homework, motivational emails, and trainer videos covering weight-loss topics. Each participant will be required to do the following: 1) Take weekly measurements & progress photos, 2)Complete 5 video workouts each week, 3)Meal prep every week (or daily), 4)Send a MyFitnessPal report daily, and 5)Comment on the weekly trainer videos. If you are 100% committed to dropping 10 pounds over the course of 5 weeks, reserve your spot!!
