Youth Athlete Program


Are you looking to increase your son or daughter’s athletic ability? Are you wanting your kid to be a stronger, faster athlete? This program combines cardiovascular training and resistance training. The training sessions are physically challenging, emotionally uplifting, and a ton of fun. It’s the perfect way for your son or daughter to increase their athletic ability while also having fun. This program is about three things…1)Preventing injuries by building strength in primary muscles (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, core). 2)Increasing endurance, grit, power, strength, speed. 3)Building camaraderie between participants.
