Small Group Training


Small Group Training is Personal Training at a fraction of the cost. Get a group of friends, co-workers, family members, bridal party, sports team, etc. together and enjoy personalized private training while splitting the cost. With small group training, the members of your group will receive knowledge, motivation, and dedication of an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. Your group will be led through a total-body workout that will keep motivation levels high and will hold each of you accountable to your fitness goals. Within weeks you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and overall fitness. Your group sets the day(s) and time(s) to meet and Erika creates a workout based on the goals of each individual in the group.

Your group decides the day/time AND the place…Erika can even bring the workout to your location so that it’s convenient and stress-free! Group training gets you the results you want, with the people you want to workout with. Sessions will be in a group setting but small enough to get that one-on-one personal training experience. Group training consists of 3-10 people working out at the same place at the same time. It’s about getting fit, having fun, and holding each other accountable. Working out with a group guarantees success!!
