Erika’s online workout programs are amazing. I worked out with her in person when I lived in San Diego- after moving I took up her online programs & feel like I’m still working out with her. The workouts will kick your booty- big time. I love that she motivates even though she can’t see me. For those who don’t have a gym or want to put up with the gym rats, you can work out in your house or wherever you want. For the newbies and injured- she gives modifications to get the muscle group or move in instead of sitting one out. LOVE this program. Did the 31 day program and it was amazing. She gives different lengths of workouts depending on how much time you have that day. It’s like having your personal trainer that you don’t have to go to a gym to see everyday. She definitely works you and you feel it after every workout, and her meal plans each week are fantastic. Best workouts that you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg to have. Loved it so much, I’m continuing to the next month and until I reach my weight and muscle goal. I have been doing Erika’s online training for over 6 months! She is so motivating and the best part is I can work out in my own home when it’s convenient for me! That is important as I have 2 sons that are very active in sports, so we are on the go a lot. Erika sends a different workout everyday, and another cool feature is that she sends an express (20 – 30 minutes) and a full (40 – 60 minutes) option everyday, so there you know exactly how much time to devote. Following her plans give you a variety of exercises to challenge your body and keep your mind engaged. Coach Erika takes heart in her work and you can definitely see that in how she interacts with her clients. Sending out new workouts each morning and suggested meal plans and grocery lists at the beginning of each week. She takes time to respond to emails with any questions or concerns you may have about the program. Erika also likes to push each of us during the month to try and get your workouts in by giving us friendly challenges and posting our proof on her FacebookPage. I live a crazy life and sometimes use every excuse I can to avoid doing my workouts, but with Erika I feel like I’m letting her down by skipping a day! Even though it’s an online program! I just completed the La Jolla Half Marathon training (and race) with this group. Erika and Jake are great! I have run in races before using training schedules and advice obtained mostly from other casual runners/friends and the internet. With Amerikan Made, having proper guidance from knowledgeable coaches, scheduled runs, and a fun group of fellow runners to train with, made all the difference in the world. Erika is a super instructor, trainer and person. She always has a smile on her face, offers lots of encouraging words during those tough workouts and radiates a positive energy. Erika is very attentive in her classes and makes sure that modifications are explained and proper form shown before each exercise. She takes the time to listen to any concerns a client may have about fitness, healthy eating and well being. Erika is AMAZING! I started out taking her spin/ab class and loved the energy she had and it was such a great work out. Then I saw Erika at the Chicago Half marathon last September and she was flying through the race, she’s crazy fast!! So 6 months later I decided to do another half but really wanted someone to train me and help me get faster and stronger and most of all get those last 10lbs of baby weight off. Erika’s workouts are challenging, I thought for sure during one session that I was having a mild heart attack but she reassured me that is what is called” your max heart rate”. By week 3, I was losing weight quickly and toning up. Erika is not one of those trainers that you have a work out then you just see her at the next one. She followed me on my fitness pal and watched my daily food intake and provided me with recipes and food substitutes to help with my sugar cravings. During our run sessions, Erika knew hills were my biggest struggle so she had us run routes that had the biggest hills and every week it got a little easier. So my first race since training with Erika was a 10k. Not only was it the fastest that I had ever ran, I placed 2nd in my division. I was at 8:18 a mile, 6 months prior I was in the 9:00’s! So then my half was 2 weeks ago, I knew the course was tough with lots of hills and my goal was to be under 2 hours, I finished at 1:58. Erika will help you reach your goals and make it such a fun, positive experience that you’ll want to use her everyday! I really enjoyed the 8 week small-group training I had with Erika. She is a very professional, reliable, and dedicated trainer. It is apparent that she truly cares for her clients, as evidenced by the attention she gives to making sure the exercises are performed correctly, her nutritional advice, and motivation both in class and out. Erika is a very knowledgeable instructor! Erika is very motivating and has taught many things I wouldn’t have tried. I normally went to the gym and just used a treadmill for a half an hour. Erika’s workouts pushed me to work my whole body and I saw changes. Also she is very helpful with nutrition and I learned many new ideas for meals.
