Personal Trainer, Run Coach, Yoga Instructor

I’m an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and I’ve been working with clients to help them achieve their goals since 2010. Along with being a Certified Personal Trainer, I’m also a Certified Run Coach, a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Certified TRX Instructor. I specialize in personal training, run coaching, weight-loss, toning, strength training, nutrition and yoga. My goal is to inspire people to sweat daily by making exercise fun, convenient, and enjoyable. I strive to create a FITNESS COMMUNITY both in-person and online. My mission is to build a tribe of people that empower & inspire one another. I wanted to make fitness convenient which is why I created online programs & videos. I want busy moms to be able to workout in their own living room before their kiddos wake up. I want busy travelers to be able to workout in their hotel room or in their office on their lunch break. I want gym-goers to feel comfortable in the gym and not have to take out a loan to pay for personal training. I want people who live in small towns to be able to workout in their own home rather than having to drive 30 minutes to the nearest gym. I want beginner runners to be able to turn to someone to help them through their first race. To me, it’s not about making a million dollars, it’s about making people’s live better & healthier. My mission in life is to bring FITNESS & COMMUNITY together to create healthier communities.
