Gym Workout Programs

1 Month of Option #1 (Three Full-Body Weekly Workouts)  $40

 1 Month of Option #2 (Five Split-Routine Weekly Workouts) $45

Both Programs Start on the 1st of Every Month

If you’re someone who belongs to a gym but you have no idea what to do, how to lift with proper form, how to design routines to get to your fitness goals, or maybe you just want new workout routines to follow along with each week, then this program is perfect for you!! There’s two options to choose from:  Option #1 is a 3-day program that includes 3 full-body workouts per week. Option #1 is great for someone who can only make it to the gym 3 days per week and wants 3 short full-body workouts to do. Option #2 is a 5-day split program in which you’ll receive 5 workouts each week that isolate certain muscle groups each day.  Option #2 is perfect for someone who can commit to going to the gym 5 days per week.

This program includes workouts sent directly to your email. Each workout email will include a short video of each of the exercises (what they are and proper form) as well as the written workout for that day. These program also include a weekly grocery list & meal plan.
